If you’re running The Hub® 8.0 or higher and CoPilot® 9.0 or higher, you can easily update to the latest versions.
For users with The Hub® below 8.0 or CoPilot® below 9.0, you’ll need to update The Hub® first before bringing your CoPilots up to date. Please note that during this transition, you may encounter temporary errors on your CoPilots—such as “Disconnected from The Hub,” “Reached License Limit,” or similar messages—until both systems are updated to their latest versions.
To ensure a smooth upgrade process, we recommend reaching out to RJG Support for assistance if your systems are below 8.0 for The Hub® or 9.0 for CoPilot®.
