Course Description
The wingman that never sleeps and tracks the creation of every part.
CoPilot Training is intended for those seeking to improve their injection molding processes for efficiency, risk mitigation, or cost reduction.
Attendees for this training will increase their understanding of real-time process data and historical analysis trend data to determine the root cause for process conditions. Attendees will leverage these findings to specify parameters to mitigate risk or improve process capability using CoPilot.
Primary Course Objectives:
- Installation qualification based on manufacturing requirements
- System configuration based on interfaced instrumentation
- Operation qualification based on business objectives
- “Real-Time” Data understanding for immediate process troubleshooting
- Historical data analysis for root cause determinations
- The 3 primary segregation strategies
This is only offered as an in-plant class and can be tailored to meet your specific needs.
