CoPilot+ Training
Course Description
This training teaches you how to configure a mold/machine on our CoPilot system, use its analysis tools (cycle graph, trends, statistics), and interpret real-time process data.
You will learn to set up alarms and export data.
An introduction to decoupled molding and hands-on practice with real-life cases completes the session.
Course Objectives
- Understand the role of each CoPilot element and its connections
- Configure a new mold/new machine
- Use CoPilot’s main tools: Cycle Graph, Trend Graph, Cycle Values, Statistics
- Graphical interpretation (understand injection from the footprint)
- Introduction to Decoupled Molding 2 and 3
- Additional CoPilot tools
- Set up alarms for part sorting
- Export data and use tools on PC
- Process variables influencing defects to detect
- Security and access rights

- Comparative analysis of different settings
