This software provides key personnel with at-a-glance overviews of each machine. Colors and graphs make it easy to identify potential problem areas and determine root causes. Quickly see when adjustments were made, verify that automated part sorting is working, and see any processes that have deviated from where they should be.

The Analyzer allows you to pull data from the eDART^® System for analysis. Available as summary or cycle data, the tool helps to troubleshoot problems in your process.

Auto Correlator

The Auto Correlator software is a powerful tool to help set meaningful alarms for automated part segregation. By correlating actual part dimensions with the eDART^®System’s summary measurements, the Auto Correlator helps determine which summary measurements actually help predict part quality. While it will not tell you which alarm levels to choose, it will tell you which summary measurements (e.g. peak cavity pressure or cycle integral) correlate with critical part characteristics (e.g. part length, texture, etc.).
