Jason joined RJG as a member of the Consulting and Training Team with close to eighteen years of experience in the injection molding field. He brought with him a wealth of knowledge and experience on mold setting, new tool launches, material trials, quality control and implementing cavity pressure control techniques. He has worked as a Mold Setter, Machine Operator and Senior Process Technician. At his previous job Jason was also responsible for training employees on scientific molding techniques, giving him hands-on experience with teaching in a classroom as well as on the plant floor.

As an RJG Consultant/Trainer, Jason’s responsibilities include teaching Injection Molding Essentials, Systematic Molding, DECOUPLED MOLDING®Workshops, Successful Strategies for Tool Launches along with RJG’s Master Molder® courses in the Southeastern United States.
